Painted from Boulmer beach, Coquet Island makes a great focal point. It sits on the horizon, and one almost expects it to move off under its own power. Or maybe that's just me.

This painting is mainly acrylic ink and texture paste - I liked the transparency of the inks against the raised surfaces provided by the paste.
